You can upload your own videos and it can be made free or available for purchase after someone there approves it.
You can also embed videos in your blog like this!
Google Calendar
It's just like an outlook calendar but now you can access it anywhere without some sort of Blackberry device!

Google Earth can be used to see all sorts of crazy things like this
For a good laugh, gotta do this and translate a foreign language (BETA). It's funny only because the translations are off. Useful tool though.

Google Video is good for user uploaded viral videos, but terrible for video purchase. CBS even pulled selling Survivor on Google Video when they realized how bad the user experience was. Certainly the most disappointing product Google has come up with lately.
