The "first" day of Autumn

I believe the Indian Summer is over and things have taken a turn for the chilly. There seems to be a temporary lull in life right now... it's 5:23pm on a Thursday afternoon in early October and everyone seems to have left the office. Doesn't seem too busy and study season has hit. Ah study season. The "basic" functions in life become work, study, eat, sleep... and sometimes, one thing or another gets compromised out of the picture.
