Love
So many people go through life without ever falling in love.
I don't mean an intense crush but a healthy love that elevates your level of happiness; the kind that makes you happy that you're sharing experiences; the kind that wants you to spend every waking moment with them; and as cheesy as it sounds, it completes you.
Most movies and things that commercialize love reduces it to something ideal? I'm not really sure what word I'm getting at... but things like "love at first sight"... fluffy? I don't know...
Love is a lot of weight; it's a lot of work; it's a lot of effort. But if you TRULY TRULY love someone, you'll put in that work and effort but it won't feel like you're trying very hard at all. Neither of you. That's when you know you've clicked in the deepest way possible.
I realize I generally have phases in my life... reading through my own blog, you can tell I get stressed, relaxed, etc and sometimes, all I can talk about is food and music. Theme of my life lately is love... somehow, I think this one's here to stay. So lucky to have found him, so lucky to have him love me back the way I love him.
And as much as I try to quantify and express *in words* how much I feel that way, it doesn't nearly compare as the actual feeling I get. Incredible, isn't it :)
